The Divine Comedy official channel is releasing this morning some of Neal Hannon’s greatest hits videoclip ! What a way to begin this weekend !
Another point : one of the fifth best band of the world’s official channel has less than 5K followers. It’s inconceivable ! So stop watching the sexually-ambiguous 20-something English vlogers that are the scourge of Youtube and make your ears a favor : go subscribe to TDC channel.

Moons in June
I’ve given up on that stuff
Arms have charms
But I’ve no hope of falling in love

The rest of life pales in significance
I’m looking for somebody with whom to dance
With whom to dance? With whom to dance?
I’m looking for somebody with whom to dance

I’m quite shocked to discover than one of the prettiest song of TDC is not a Neil Hannon song at all, but instead a cover of the other great songwriters of this century, TMF. Positively shocked.

Even if I tend to prefer Laibach’s original compositions (both from first and second generation), even if my favourite old-school Laibach’s videoclip is still Sympathy for the Devil, and my favourite cover is tied between Europe’s Final Countdown, Queen’s Geburt einer Nation, or Gainsbourg’s Love on the Beat, this Life is life is simultaneously glorious and delightful.
