I really don’t like the F ass/StG 57 (too heavy to be a battle rifle, too light to be a light machine gun, and that buffer recoil spring in the stock makes me cringe, like on an M16A1) and still prefer its predecessor (Mq/K 31) or its French counterpart (MAS 49/56), but in that shooting attire, I’m finding it quite sexy.
